Ronnaskolan

Ronnaskolan is a two-stream school for grades F–9 with just over 600 students, including adapted primary school and a municipality-wide special education group. Safety, relationships, and an accessible learning environment are prerequisites for the students' development and learning. The focus in learning should be on the students' strengths, and the school should work to promote and prevent issues to give students the prerequisites they need for a successful school career.

At Ronnaskolan, we work on developing new learning strategies and creating space for teachers to work with teaching, follow-up, and qualitative formative assessment. We do this, among other things, by working in a two-teacher model in most theoretical subjects and in half-classes in practical-esthetic subjects.

We are approximately 90 employees, ranging from caretakers and peer supporters to teachers and other staff. Together, we view the student's school day as a whole, where all students are everyone's students.

We are now looking for you who want to combine your interest in leisure-time pedagogy and joy of movement throughout the student's entire school day in an exciting learning environment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical activities at the leisure-time center together with your colleagues, based on current curricula and the systematic quality work available locally at the school.

You plan and implement meaningful break activities for students in grades F–6, thereby creating joy of movement during the most challenging lesson of the school day.

You participate and are driving in the planning and implementation of traditional highlights such as the leisure-time center day, Ronnaskolan day, Ronnajoggen, sports days, and outdoor days.

You actively participate in the school's work to create a red thread and all-day learning.

You are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment in physical education and health for our preschool classes as well as for students in adapted primary school.

Requirements:

• Licensed primary school teacher with a focus on leisure-time pedagogy
• Well-versed in current curricula Lgr 22 and Lgra 22
• Documented experience in planning leisure-time center activities
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience working in leisure-time center activities for a longer period
