About the job
Where do you see yourself this summer? At the beach or at Willys Hemma? Most people would probably say the beach, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to have you with us at Willys Hemma in Gothenburg Heden this summer!
The position is: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer
Start date: 2026-06-15 or as agreed
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).
When you work at Willys Hemma, you get a fast-paced daily routine. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers find their way, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys Hemma, you will quickly take individual responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers get the best store experience every day.
In return, we can promise that you will gain experience – for example in sales and service – that you will benefit from regardless of what you choose to do further down the line. Maybe you will stay with us even after the summer?

- We ensure that you get a good introduction when your employment begins.

- Our major heart issue is to ensure that everyone can afford good food. We open our own stores in socially vulnerable areas, for example, and help others open social grocery stores.

About you
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking greater responsibility. It is also great if you:
- See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
- You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, that is great!
- You take responsibility for your job, are punctual, and reliable.
- You have the prerequisites and personal qualities that make you a good fit for working with us. If you apply for the job, you will be asked to take a test that demonstrates this.
