About the assignment

A family in Bromma with three children, aged 4, 6, and 9, is seeking help with childcare 1–2 times per week. The family needs help on weekdays between 15:00–17:30. A driver's license is required as the children need to be picked up from a distance.

Since babysitting is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we expect you to have a reasonable commute to the family (usually around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels fair for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
