Your mission: To inspire and develop

As a teacher with us, you have the important responsibility of planning and leading the teaching. You are the hub of the classroom, and your daily routine involves:

• Driving pedagogical development: You translate current research into practical teaching that makes a difference.
• Focusing on the basics: You guide students through language, reading, and writing acquisition with confidence.
• Adapting and including: Through differentiated instruction, you meet each student where they are.
• Collaborating for the whole: You work closely with the teaching team, the after-school center, and student health services to create a safe and stimulating environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a natural leader with the ability to create structure and security. You are analytical, take great responsibility for your results, and have good assessment competence.

We are looking for you who have:

• Teacher certification with eligibility for grades 4-6.
• Extensive experience in early mathematics, language, reading, and writing acquisition.
• The tools to conduct differentiated instruction.
• Collaborative skills and see the value in collaborating around the student's entire school day.

Meritorious if you have:

• Eligibility in Swedish as a second language.
