We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Procurement Professional who wants to take a key role in strategic purchasing and sourcing within extensive CAPEX and construction projects. In this role, you will become an important part of an international team working on some of the industry's most complex and exciting investment projects. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, develop supplier relationships, and ensure that the business has the right partners to meet both today's and future needs.

As a Senior Procurement Professional, you are responsible for the entire procurement and sourcing process within CAPEX Construction – from market analysis and supplier strategies to negotiations, contract management, and supplier development.

You work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and other key stakeholders to ensure sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead and drive strategic sourcing initiatives within CAPEX and construction-related categories

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, delivery capability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness

• Conduct market analyses to identify new opportunities and supplier trends

• Responsible for the entire procurement process, including requests for quotation, negotiations, and contract drafting

• Develop and implement long-term category strategies

• Manage budgets, cost tracking, and savings initiatives

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and ways of working

✔ Academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or equivalent

✔ At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing and sourcing within larger CAPEX, construction, or investment projects

✔ Documented experience in developing and implementing successful procurement and category strategies

✔ Good understanding of contracts, construction projects, technical installations, and process equipment

✔ Experience with complex commercial negotiations and contract management

✔ Strong project management skills and experience working in international matrix organizations

✔ Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems

✔ Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

✔ Fluent English in both speech and writing

• Experience from the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors

• Experience with international investment projects

• Knowledge of Swedish and additional languages

• Previous experience with global supplier strategies
