About the Practice

Kry Health Centre Nyköping is a small but growing health centre with approximately 5,000 registered patients, located in the heart of Nyköping harbour. We operate on behalf of Region Sörmland and have a clear focus on quality, continuity, and a good working environment.

We work in a team-based manner, which fosters close collaboration between professions, increases patient safety, and provides excellent opportunities for knowledge exchange.

We have a well-developed team including:

• General Practitioners
• Specialist Nurses in asthma/COPD, heart failure, and diabetes
• Memory team and coordination nurse
• Access to laboratory, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator
• Nursing assistants and medical secretaries
• Child Health Services (BHV)

About the Role

The role involves standard reception duties for a nursing assistant at a health centre. You will perform tasks such as blood pressure checks and ECG recording, assist doctors during examinations and procedures. Venipuncture may be included. You will have your own reception patients.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and experience working as a nursing assistant are required.

In addition to your nursing assistant qualifications, you must hold a certificate of your professional license from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) or a certificate stating that you were employed as a nursing assistant on a permanent basis on July 1, 2023.

Previous experience in primary care is an advantage.
