We are now looking for a strategic requirements analyst for a role within public transport and digital development. This role is ideal for you if you are confident in complex contexts and have experience collecting, structuring, and quality-assuring IT-related requirements in major tenders and projects.

About the Role

You will work at the intersection of business operations, IT, architecture, and security, with a focus on ensuring a clear and sustainable IT-related requirements picture. The assignment involves supporting larger business-oriented tenders and projects, often within traffic, vehicles, or contracting, where many systems, dependencies, and stakeholders collaborate.

The role requires you to create structure and momentum even when conditions are unclear or changing, as well as the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear and usable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, formulate, and anchor IT-related requirements
• Develop and quality-assure requirement specifications and contract terms
• Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are handled
• Collaborate with business operations, architects, security functions, product owners, and other specialists
• Contribute to creating a cohesive requirements picture in large and complex environments
• Maintain the IT perspective in larger tenders and projects
• Lead workshops and information gathering sessions
• Create structure and momentum in requirements work with many dependencies

Requirements for the Role

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a requirements analyst or equivalent within IT
• Experience in needs capture, requirements gathering, and developing requirement specifications
• At least 1 year of experience with technology-related non-functional requirements within IT, such as IT security, architecture, or operational reliability
• At least 1 year of experience working in larger system environments with at least 50 IT systems or equivalent complexity
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating workshops or equivalent information gathering
• Experience from at least 2 assignments writing and compiling formal documents, such as contracts or tender documents

Value-Added Requirements

• Experience in designing requirement specifications in public procurement
• Certification in requirements analysis, e.g., IREB CPRE
• Experience with requirements work in larger IT projects involving more than 50 people
• Experience in requirements leadership across multiple projects or departments
• Experience in strategic requirements work at an overarching level

Assignment Information

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm
• Remote work: Possible, but a large part of the work will be on-site initially
