About Us

Närhälsan Rehabilitation Clinic in Solhem is a relatively large clinic with a long tradition of rehabilitation. 27 employees work at the clinic; the team consists of a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and a speech therapist. The operations are development-oriented and conducted within the framework of Vårdval (Healthcare Choice).

About the Job

You are offered an stimulating and flexible position as an occupational therapist in our neuro-care team. In the team, two physiotherapists, three occupational therapists, and one speech therapist work in close collaboration. We have a goal-oriented approach and base our work on the patient's rehabilitation plan. The tasks involve assessing and treating individuals with acquired brain injury or neurological disease, both individually and in groups. You have great opportunities to influence the work daily and in the long term through development work. The team offers strong collegial support with a focus on collaboration, good working environment, and patient care.

About You

You, the applicant, are a licensed occupational therapist and have completed 15 ECTS credits in neurological rehabilitation after your basic education. It is meritorious to have at least one year of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for you who want to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing, and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle uneven workloads and unexpected events. In your work, you meet many different people, so it is important that you are sensitive, communicative, and able to identify the individual's unique needs to create a joint treatment plan.

For you, it is a matter of course to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Since travel is part of the job, a Category B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who invite candidates to a telephone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
