About Us

Närhälsan Rehabilitation Clinic at Solhem is a relatively large clinic with a long tradition of rehabilitation. There are 27 employees working at the clinic; the team consists of a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and a speech therapist. The operations are focused on development and are conducted within the framework of Vårdval (Healthcare Choice).

About the Job

As an occupational therapist at Närhälsan Rehabilitation Clinics, you work with a wide variety of patients of all ages. The work consists of both patient visits and group treatments at the clinic, as well as home visits. The main tasks include rehabilitation for stress-related ill health, fitting of assistive devices, hand rehabilitation, and home adaptations.

The work is carried out independently, but also in teams with other professions. We work with mentorship, and you will be introduced to the work by your colleagues. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

About You

You, the applicant, are a licensed occupational therapist. Supervisor training and experience working within primary care are meritorious. Having a professional approach and good treatment of patients and colleagues is a fundamental attitude for you.

We are looking for you who want to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing, and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. In your work, you meet many different people, so it is important that you are sensitive, communicative, and able to identify the individual's unique needs to create a joint treatment plan.

For you, it is a matter of course to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Since travel for work purposes occurs, a Category B driver's license is required.

Interviews at the unit are planned to be held on a rolling basis.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a phone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
