About the Role

At Perido, we are looking for a Solution Architect for our client, a government agency with an important societal mission and responsibility for issues concerning people in various life situations. You will be based at the office in Norrköping.

Your Responsibilities

Our client is now seeking a Solution Architect within Identity and Access Management (IAM) for their digitalization and development operations. In this role, you will work on developing and shaping future identity and access solutions in close collaboration with business units, product owners, and development teams, focusing on security, accessibility, and long-term sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing the current state and identifying development needs within IAM
• Defining target architecture, principles, and strategic choices
• Developing solution proposals based on open standards and established platforms
• Ensuring solutions comply with information security requirements
• Collaborating with development teams, IT security, and other architectural roles
• Communicating technical solutions clearly and pedagogically
• Securing buy-in for architectural decisions from both IT and business stakeholders

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, it is important to be analytical and able to see the big picture in complex technical solutions. You also need to be communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to explain technical choices to different audiences. Since the role involves many contact points, it is also valuable to be collaborative, receptive, and confident in driving issues forward together with both business and IT.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience working as a Solution Architect in IAM, IGA, PAM, and/or AM in large organizations
• Experience designing solutions based on standards such as SAML2, OAuth2, and OIDC
• Experience working with IdP platforms
• Strong ability to communicate technical solutions both verbally and in writing
• Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance placement)

Merits:

• Experience working within government agencies or other security-cleared operations
• Certifications in IT architecture and/or information security
• Relevant higher education in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consulting assignment initially for 6 months via Perido, with a possibility of direct hire by the client afterwards. Start as soon as possible.
