Värmdo Home Care is now looking for an engaged and structured coordinator who wants to contribute to secure and high-quality care.

About the role

As a coordinator, you have a key role in the operations where you are responsible for the daily planning and coordination of services within home care. You work closely with employees, customers, and the unit manager to ensure that our users receive the right support at the right time – with high quality and continuity.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and allocate services based on assistance decisions
• Scheduling and staffing planning
• Ongoing contact with customers and relatives
• Support employees in their daily work
• Documentation and administration in the operational system
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working in home care or elder care
• Have good administrative skills and experience in planning work
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are proficient in computer use

Meritorious:

• Experience in coordination or similar roles
• Knowledge of operational systems (e.g., Treserva, Lifecare, or similar)

Personal qualities

You are a secure and clear person who thrives in a coordinating role. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and work independently while collaborating well with others.
