Hotel Skeppsholmen features 77 hotel rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, and exceptional event spaces for both large and small celebrations. We are an Ecolabelled hotel, a member of Design Hotels, and a proud partner to our neighbours Moderna Museet, the Operakällaren Foundation/UNICEF, and Project Playground.

At Hotel Skeppsholmen, the reception is a vibrant department where we create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for our guests. We are therefore looking for you who can deliver natural, top-notch service in a humble and relaxed manner, as you will be the first and last person the guest meets at the hotel.

Our guests are usually well-informed and trend-conscious, so you need to be someone interested in staying updated on the latest happenings in Stockholm, from newly opened restaurants and bars to shops and museums.

Your main responsibilities will include guest service as well as check-in and check-out procedures. You may also be responsible for welcoming our conference guests or providing concierge services. We look for candidates with experience in hotel reception work, and experience using the OPERA Cloud PMS system is an advantage. Post-secondary education in hospitality and restaurant management is a plus.

The position is full-time, involving a mix of day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. The start date is as soon as possible.
