Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman – Immediate Start

We are looking for someone who is handy, capable of handling a variety of tasks, and preferably also has contact with our tenants from time to time.
This is not a full-time position initially, but with the right person, it can become a full-time role.
Examples of tasks:
- Preparing apartments in Tyresö and Norrtälje with full responsibility.
- Maintenance of boats with living quarters.
- All types of maintenance and service.
- Occasional transport of materials (we have several light trucks).
Immediate start.
