Welcome to Närhälsan Strömstad Rehabilitation Clinic! Here, seven dedicated employees work in various professional categories such as physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and clerk. About the Job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is drawn up. The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other cooperating partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a constantly ongoing improvement work.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you if you are a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
