Your new workplace

Vibackeskolan is a comprehensive school (grades 1-9) located in the center of Alnö. The school has just over 700 students and approximately 90 employees with various competencies, organized into teams, subject groups, and teaching groups. The school has recently undergone a major expansion and a thorough renovation, resulting in fine and purposeful premises and a good outdoor environment.

The school consists of several independent buildings, where each stage has its own, which contributes to creating the little things in the big picture. The school houses the Alnö Library and the Youth Club. Vibackeskolan is a school for everyone, a school where everyone can grow and mature. Students leaving Vibackeskolan should have good knowledge, feel pride, and carry a sense of having succeeded.

How you contribute in the role of teacher

Teaching in the subject of textile crafts (textile slöjd) in lower, middle, and upper secondary school. The assignment is for a substitute position while the regular teacher studies.

Your competence and experience

We are primarily looking for you who have a teaching license and a subject teacher education with eligibility to teach textile crafts. As a teacher, you have a genuine interest and commitment to the students' development and learning. You are a stable and secure person with a good ability to create trusting relationships with both colleagues, students, and guardians. We wish that you are a clear leader in the classroom who conducts well-planned and structured teaching and creates a good working climate together with the students.

Great importance is placed on pedagogical leadership, personal suitability, and the ability to create good, sustainable relationships.
