About the Job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among the patients you encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is primarily located at the clinic and digitally, but also includes home visits when necessary. Some remote work is possible. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other collaborating partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the business in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience within the profession and primary care is meritorious, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with engagement. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the business's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

Other

Interviews at the clinic will be held on a rolling basis.

We look forward to receiving your application!

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. The hiring manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
