Do you want to help build and develop KAMA's sales in Finland? Do you enjoy traveling, meeting customers, and creating long-term relationships? Then you might be the person we are looking for as a Sales Representative at KAMA Fritid.

About the Role: Regional Sales Manager Finland

As a sales representative targeting the Finnish market, you will become a key contact for KAMA's retailers in Finland. This is a role for you who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right products within camping, leisure, awnings, and various spare parts. You will work closely with the sales team in Jönköping and a colleague in Finland.

You will have daily contact with Finnish retailers via phone, email, and Teams. The role also involves travel to Finland with a focus on visiting and building relationships with retailers and suppliers.

You will also be involved in campaign work and preparations for trade fairs and events. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy sales, structure, and a social work environment where the customer relationship is central.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting retailers to present new products, campaigns, and solutions
  • Following up with customers, building strong relationships, and developing the retailer network
  • Conducting product training and customer events
  • Participating in trade fairs in Finland and elsewhere in Europe
  • Planning campaigns and activities together with colleagues in Sweden and Finland
  • Developing KAMA stores together with sales colleagues and suppliers
  • Contributing to increased sales of technical products such as awnings, camping equipment, and accessories

You plan and conduct customer visits throughout Finland, both independently and together with colleagues or suppliers, building long-term relationships with retailers.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a relationship builder who likes to take responsibility and dare to drive the business forward. You are social, business-minded, and confident in representing a company in meetings with both customers and suppliers. You enjoy a varied job with both travel and office days and are motivated by creating results.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in Finnish, both verbally and in writing
  • Very good Swedish and English skills
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience in sales, retail, or industries such as automotive, construction, sports, or similar is meritorious. An interest in technology and/or leisure life is also a plus. German language skills are also an advantage.
