- Have high expectations of the students and their ability to develop.
- Capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning.
- Take responsibility for their own professional development to grow in their profession.
Workplace Description
Kista Primary School is a grades F–9 school with an integrated special needs program, with approximately 710 students and 140 employees. The operations are spread across two buildings – one for grades F–3 and one for grades 4–9 – located directly adjacent to Kista and Stockholm's high-tech center. We are in an exciting development phase within the framework of "Collaboration for the Best School" (KSBS), where we systematically develop teaching, classroom leadership, and student health work. In 2025, we have seen clear improvements in results; for example, the proportion of students eligible for upper secondary school in grade 9 has increased by over ten percentage points.
