About us

Närhälsan Eriksberg rehabilitation clinic is a well-established rehabilitation clinic centrally located at Eriksbergstorget on Hisingen. Here, a large working group with broad expertise consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and clerical staff work together. We have a mix of employees ranging from relatively newly graduated to those with long experience. We value each other in the work group, enjoy our work, and have good cohesion. Since 2018, the clinic has been HBTQiA+ certified.

About the job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions for patients you encounter as a physiotherapist include: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill-health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups. We also have a neuro-care team, and in addition to the activity at our clinic, we have colleagues who work part-time at some of Närhälsan's health centers.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the activity in a continuous improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. We would like you to have previous experience in the profession and primary care, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. If you have supervisor training, it is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the activity's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.

A professional working method and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
