We are now looking for an independent dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and patient care

Main duties and responsibilities

At Folktandvården Karlsborg, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a dental nurse with us, you play a vital role in ensuring that patients feel well-treated and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of competencies, and the role also requires creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.

The position includes, among other things:

• Assisting with examinations and treatments
• Working with own patients during prophylaxis treatments, introductions, oral health counseling, or adaptation treatments
• Work in the sterile room and reception

Competency requirements and profile

• Trained dental nurse with education recognized by MYH (Swedish Authority for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to handle administration independently
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and smart manner
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in an attentive manner
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored supervision program during your first period. The supervision program is part of our two-year development program for newly graduated dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed by us, you will be contacted by recruiters from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week [insert week number].
