The work is located at the Häggatorp estate and Nilsmårtensgården in Södra Lundby, in one or several workshops such as a bakery, park, vegetable garden, food processing, and household work. In our workshops, you work side by side with the residents. Camphill Häggatorp practices co-residence, following the practice developed within the Camphill movement since the early 1940s.

We are currently looking for two open positions as social therapists with immediate start.

Camphill Häggatorp is an anthroposophical initiative within the LSS (Swedish Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), where the residence and daily activities are based on shaping individual development by creating a social foundation, so-called "reverse integration." This means that employees live permanently in the same buildings as the residents and perform the same work in the workshops. The ambition is to make the distinction between residents and employees as small as possible in daily life. The person we are looking for does not need to have education in care and nursing, but should have a strong interest in participating in the training opportunities available within the scope of the activity.
