Do you want a varied and meaningful job in an organization characterized by collaboration and development? We are now looking for a Nursing Assistant for a shared position between our midwife clinics in Ale and Frölunda Torg. Here you will have the opportunity to work in two well-functioning units with dedicated colleagues, a strong sense of team spirit, and a common focus on quality, inclusion, and the patient's best interest!

About Us

Both the Ale Midwife Clinic and the Frölunda Torg Midwife Clinic belong to Area M4, which encompasses midwife clinics in Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities.

The Midwife Clinic in Ale is located in Älvängen and is co-located with Närhälsan's Child Health Center (BVC), the Youth Clinic in Ale, and the Älvängen Family Center. We also collaborate with the Family Center in Nödinge. Four midwives and one nursing assistant work here.

The Frölunda Torg Midwife Clinic collaborates closely with the Frölunda/Trädet Family Center and the Opaltorget Family Center. At the clinic, we are a work group that values good community and collegial collaboration to strengthen and support each other. Twelve midwives and two nursing assistants work here.

All our midwife clinics are HBTQ-certified, and we work with quality assurance according to ISO standards.

About the Role

As a Nursing Assistant, you will alternate between tasks such as sample collection, assisting midwives during examinations, ordering materials, instrument care, and some administrative duties. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with the midwives.

About You

We are looking for you who have documented education as a Nursing Assistant and experience with sample collection. Experience from working at a clinic is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and have good social skills. You want to contribute to clear and open communication within the work group and are engaged in the team's development. Since the work is largely independent, with your own areas of responsibility, you need to be able to plan and organize your work well and take initiative. You also have a professional and respectful approach when meeting with patients. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.

Conditions

The position is divided into 60% in Ale and 40% in Frölunda Torg.

Selection will take place continuously during the application period, and interviews are planned for June 24th and 25th.
