We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for an exciting national initiative that brings together actors from the public sector, business, and civil society to strengthen digital competence in Sweden.

🌟 About the assignment

As a Project Coordinator, you will become an important part of an engaged team working to coordinate and develop a national collaboration platform. The role combines digital communication, web publishing, and relationship building with many different societal actors.

You will contribute to creating visibility, engagement, and collaboration between organizations that together work for increased digital participation.

🎯 Your main tasks

💻 Web & Content

• Write, review, and publish articles and news on the website
• Update and quality-assure web content
• Manage and publish image material
• Administer and edit content in CMS

🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Contacts

• Build and develop relationships with companies, municipalities, libraries, interest organizations, and other partners
• Inform about the platform's work and opportunities for participation
• Follow up on expressions of interest and ensure relevant material is collected
• Identify opportunities for collaboration between actors with common goals and target groups
• Contribute to communication efforts such as newsletters and ongoing information distribution

🔎 We are looking for someone who has

• At least 1 year of experience with Contentful or equivalent web publishing tools
• Experience in project coordination
• Experience administering and editing content in CMS
• Experience from collaboration platforms or national collaboration initiatives with multiple external actors

⭐ Meritorious

• Experience with Apsis or equivalent marketing tools
• Experience in making web-based content accessible
