You will help customers with technical advice, orders, and support.

Here you will develop within customer service, environmental technology, and problem-solving. To help you settle into the role, you will receive a thorough introduction and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

In short, FANN offers environmentally friendly, Swedish-made sewage systems. Sales are conducted through wholesalers, but daily contact is made with everyone from wholesalers, contractors, municipalities, and private individuals regarding new and existing sewage systems.

Our product is unique, and much of our focus lies in prioritizing the environment and quality.

You will, among other things:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails regarding pricing, provide advice on new and installed sewage systems, and assist with technical help.
  • Contact new customers, follow up on sales concepts, and build long-term relationships with partners.
  • Perform soil sample analysis and size sewage facilities.
  • Work with order placement and invoicing for Sweden and Norway.
  • Work in SuperOffice CRM and Monitor ERP.
  • Support field sales staff in customer-related and administrative matters.

There are also several specialist areas on the support team distributed among colleagues, allowing the role to develop and broaden over time.

Worth Knowing

This is a recruitment to FANN with placement at the headquarters in Täby. The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon, and the work is primarily office-based. The switchboard is open from 08:00 to 16:00, with some flexibility and remote work opportunities.

You will become part of a small team and have your own office room. There are usually about 4–5 people on site daily.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who primarily thrives in a service-oriented role where you get to help customers, find business opportunities, and create long-term relationships.

You have experience in customer service and sales and are accustomed to problem-solving. This experience may come from phone-based support, retail, or another service-oriented role where you have learned to interact with people professionally. You communicate fluently in Swedish and can make yourself understood in English.

You also have an interest in technology and the environment and enjoy understanding how things work. Technical experience is a plus, but most important is your willingness to learn and your commitment to providing excellent service.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in business systems and CRM systems.

As a person, you are positive, responsible, and have a strong service mindset. You drive cases forward even when questions are complex and take responsibility for the collective.
