About the Role
Innovitaskolan Segeltorp is looking for an experienced and certified teacher to work as a mentor for our Year 1 students. The position is full-time on a fixed-term contract, as the current mentor will be starting university studies.

We are a small preschool to Year 5 school with an integrated preschool. The school is nestled in a residential area in the beautiful nature of Segeltorp, offering a fantastic learning environment both indoors and outdoors.

There are 130 students at our school, and each class has its own mentor. It is important to us that every single student meets engaged teachers with strong subject knowledge, as creativity, curiosity, and high ambitions characterize our operations.

You will be part of a work team and collaborate closely with other mentors, subject teachers, and leisure center educators.

Our operations revolve around three concepts:

• Balance – awareness of health
• Explore – exploratory approach to learning
• Innovate – innovative thinking and innovation

Through these three concepts, we create varied teaching and education based on students' interests and needs.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced and certified teacher.
• You have clear leadership in the classroom.
• You enjoy collaborating with other educators.
• You have qualifications in Swedish (SV), Swedish as a Second Language (SvA), Mother Tongue (MA), or Social Studies (SO).

Employment
Full-time, fixed-term employment starting August 10, 2026, until June 17, 2027, with a possible extension.
