Do you want to take full responsibility for warehousing, purchasing, and logistics in a growing, smaller technology company?

TransFlex is now looking for an Operational Warehouse & Purchasing Manager who wants to help develop our operations in Mölndal. In this role, you will work practically, operationally, and independently, with responsibility for warehouse management, purchasing, and material supply, while contributing to the development and efficiency of our processes.

The Role

• Responsible for operational purchasing and orders from national and international suppliers
• Ensure material availability based on business needs
• Manage warehouse control, inventories, and stock levels
• Receive, check, and register incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare deliveries
• Drive forklifts and handle internal material logistics
• Follow up on deliveries and handle discrepancies
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships
• Work on cost optimization and improvement of purchasing processes
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehousing and purchasing
• Ensure order, structure, and a good working environment in the warehouse
• Participate in the development of routines and working methods within logistics and material handling

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and humble. You thrive combining administrative responsibility with practical work and have no problem switching between strategic purchasing issues and operational warehouse tasks.

We believe you have:

• Experience in purchasing, warehousing, or logistics
• Experience from manufacturing industry or technology companies
• Experience in operational warehouse work and material handling
• Strong administrative skills and experience working with business systems
• Experience with supplier contacts and order processing
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills, especially with the Office suite
• Forklift license (A and/or B)
• Experience working in a smaller company
