Your responsibilities

As a Goods Receiver at Saab, you will become an important part of the Quality Inspection team and a central link in the material flow. You will work with receiving, registering, and forwarding incoming materials, ensuring that production receives the right materials at the right time. Here you will work in a high-tech environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods
• Registration and handling of documentation and licenses in business systems
• Internal transport of materials to production
• Responsibility for issue deliveries and in some cases transport booking
• Handling supplier deviations together with the purchasing department
• Driving forklifts (counterbalance)
• Close collaboration with other departments for smooth goods receiving

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience in goods or material handling and who thrive in a role where structure, safety, and quality are crucial. You are responsible, team-oriented, and have a solution-focused approach to work.

To succeed in the role:

• You should have experience in goods receiving, warehouse work, or material handling
• Forklift license (required)
• Be diligent and safety-conscious with a good ability to follow procedures
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Merits:

• Experience with deviation handling
• Experience working in IFS or other business systems

This position requires you to pass a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
