El Birria is growing and we are looking for driven and energetic kitchen assistants who want to develop with us!

Shifts and working hours:

- Morning shift: 09:00 to 17:00

- Evening shift: 17:00 until closing

- Hourly employment with good opportunities for more shifts and, in the long term, full-time employment

Your responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and cook according to our recipes and quality requirements.

- Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic in accordance with HACCP and food safety regulations.

- Follow routines for food safety and temperature checks.

- Assist with inventory management and notify when supplies need to be replenished.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.

- Operate machinery and equipment as well as waste management according to our environmental routines.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is flexible and a quick learner, adapting quickly to routines and new tasks.

- Can handle a fast pace and physical demands.

- Is meticulous, punctual, and hygiene-conscious.

- Has at least 6 months of experience from a kitchen or similar environment.

- Speaks Swedish.

- Is a team player who wants to develop and take responsibility.
