Your role in the kitchen

As a Sous Chef with us, you are an important part of the whole with:

• Focused cooking – you cook delicious, nutritious, and well-balanced food from scratch.
• Variation & craftsmanship – you switch between home cooking, modern dishes, and representation.
• Team spirit – together with your colleagues, you create a strong and positive work climate.
• Quality & safety – you work carefully with hygiene, self-control, and structure.
• Creative development – you contribute ideas to menus and develop our representation.

• Have experience as a Sous Chef and strong professional knowledge.
• Are passionate about combining classic flavors with modern elements.
• Have a sense for both everyday food, representation, and fine dining.
• Are creative, solution-oriented, and meticulous.
• Thrives in a high tempo and enjoys collaborating.
• Have a genuine interest in food, ingredients, and quality.
• Contribute energy, responsibility, and joy of work.
