Media Coordinator - Paid Media

As a Media Coordinator at Gina Tricot, you will work closely with our Paid Social Specialist and Head of Paid Media, to whom you report. You will become a central part of the daily work with our paid digital channels and contribute operationally and strategically to maximize effectiveness, profitability, and growth.

We currently work with platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, and continuously evaluate new channels and opportunities. The role may also involve working with Affiliate Marketing and understanding how affiliate interacts with other digital channels in our media mix.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work operationally and strategically together with the Paid Social Specialist and Head of Paid Media

  • Plan, follow up, and optimize campaigns in channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok

  • Responsible for budget management within parts of Gina Tricot's markets

  • Continuous budget optimization to ensure the best possible business outcome

  • Work with contact, coordination, and optimization within Affiliate Marketing

  • Ensure structure, follow-up, and quality within your area of responsibility

  • Understand and work with the interplay between affiliate and other digital media

  • Contribute to work with other digital marketing and new platforms as needed

  • Analyze and report results with a focus on learnings, improvements, and scalability

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably within Paid Media, Paid Social, or performance marketing

  • Proficiency in budget management and budget optimization

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in follow-up and reporting

  • Structured and detail-oriented, with good prioritization skills

  • Experience with or interest in Affiliate Marketing is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION Employment type: This is a full-time permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period.

The position is based at our headquarters in Borås.

ABOUT THE PROCESS We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
