ABOUT THE POSITION

Hagfors Airport is operated in-house, meaning we handle all check-in and ticketing for our scheduled flights to and from Stockholm Arlanda, as well as other traffic. You will become part of a small, tight-knit team where you personally welcome our passengers and ensure that the airport's daily ground and passenger handling operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

SCOPE AND WORKING HOURS

• Employment type: Hourly employment.
• Working hours: Approximately 15 hours per week.
• Working hours are scheduled and adapted to our flight departures to and from Arlanda.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome passengers: Receive passengers at the desk before the flight to Arlanda.
• Document control: Check tickets, identification documents, and bookings.
• Luggage handling: Register, weigh, and tag luggage in the system, and handle any luggage inquiries.
• Information: Provide clear information about the flight, times, and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving: Handle deviations flexibly, for example, during delays or rebookings.
• Other: Other common administrative tasks.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Driver's license: A category B driver's license is an absolute requirement to handle tasks on the airport grounds.
• Languages: You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
• High service spirit: You are passionate about customer service and personal interaction.
• Calm under pressure: You maintain focus and a smile even when the schedule is tight.
• System understanding: You have good technical knowledge to work in check-in systems.
• Flexibility: You thrive with varying working hours adapted to our flight schedules.
