Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse to Östhammar Health Centre

Our 1,800 employees work with primary care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centres or within habilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we adapt our offerings based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

We are now welcoming a new enrolled nurse/registered nurse to our team at Östhammar Health Centre!

We offer a full-time temporary position with an start date of 2026-07-01 until 2026-12-31, with a possibility of extension.

Your Role

As a registered nurse/enrolled nurse, you will work with tasks related to the health centre's operations. You play a central role in meeting patients' needs, making medical and nursing assessments, and prioritizing care. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented manner. This means a broad and varied work for you who thrive in clinical work. With us, you will work with all professions at the health centre. We put the patient at the center, and we appreciate if you are interested in health preventive work. Further education is important to us, and we invest in good supervision for our future colleagues.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse or a nurse with specialist education as an enrolled nurse (distriktssköterska). We would appreciate if you have previous experience from primary care.

You who apply enjoy clinical work, find it easy to collaborate and discuss with colleagues across all our professional groups. You see the challenge and joy in following your patients through all ages of life, where it is important that you are a good communicator in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work in an efficient manner. To be successful in the work, flexibility in your approach is required. You have good collaboration skills and the ability to see development opportunities. Your collaboration skills and willingness to develop the business will be of use to you with us. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Our Operations

Östhammar Health Centre is located in the coastal town of Östhammar. We have just over 6,500 registered patients and consist of 30 employees. We offer most services within primary care, and at the health centre, everyone works to give our patients the best possible care.
