We are now looking for dedicated employees who want to work within care and elderly care in Södertälje Municipality, with a focus on weekend work. This is perfect for you who want to combine work with studies, another job, or leisure time – while making a meaningful contribution to others.
Your Responsibilities
The role involves providing personal care and daily support to residents, assisting with meals, hygiene, and medication, as well as creating a sense of security and social community. The position also includes collaborating with colleagues and documentation according to established routines.
- Working hours: Weekends
- Opportunity to work every weekend, every other weekend, or as agreed
- Shifts can vary in length
- The position is part-time; percentage of employment and salary are negotiable
If you wish to work more in the long term, there is also an opportunity to move up to full-time. Full-time entails a regular schedule including weekdays, evenings, and every other weekend, similar to other employees. If you wish to move up to full-time, the position may be located at a different care and elderly care facility in Södertälje Municipality.
Who are you?
You are a responsible and secure person who enjoys working closely with people and has a genuine interest in providing good care. You have good teamwork skills and actively contribute to a positive work climate where colleagues support each other. In interactions with others, you are attentive, respectful, and professional, and you feel comfortable creating security and trust among both residents and their relatives.
Requirements:
- You are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska)
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
