About the role

A&R Lidingö Home Care is looking for Care Assistants and Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team on Lidingö. Here, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' daily lives by providing high-quality, person-centered care. The role involves close contact with our clients, where your support contributes to their sense of security and well-being.

Responsibilities for Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant

• Provide support and nursing care in the home in accordance with individually adapted care plans.
• Contribute to a safe and caring home environment for our clients.
• Document and report care interventions as well as observed changes in the clients' condition.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with colleagues to ensure integrated and effective care.

Desired qualifications and characteristics

• Empathetic and flexible: You have the ability to understand and adapt to your clients' needs.
• Communicative: You have good skills in communicating clearly and effectively with both colleagues and clients.
• Independent and proactive: You can work independently and take initiative to improve the quality of care.
• Relevant experience is an advantage: Previous experience in home care or similar healthcare operations is a plus.
