Do you want to help create structure, quality, and efficiency in how an organization works with data? We are now looking for a Data Process Lead who wants to take responsibility for developing and improving data-related processes with a focus on quality, usability, and business value.

About the Role

In the role of Data Process Lead, you are responsible for ensuring that the organization's work with data functions in practice. You define, improve, and coordinate processes for how data is created, maintained, and used. The goal is to create consistent, reliable, and usable data that supports operations, decision-making, and digital development.

You work both strategically and operationally, challenging existing ways of working when they lead to inefficiency, ambiguity, or quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Define and document data processes from start to finish within the relevant area.
• Standardize how data is created, validated, and maintained across different teams.
• Translate business needs into clear and practical data processes.
• Identify root causes of data problems and ensure long-term solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements to simplify ways of working and reduce errors.
• Ensure that data processes support high data quality and consistency across systems.
• Ensure that processes follow governance, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within operations, IT, and data functions.
• Act as a link between different teams and create common ways of working.
• Lead the implementation of new or updated processes.
• Support change management through clear communication and anchoring.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business needs and identified challenges.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we believe you are analytical, driven, and collaborative. You have the ability to see connections, create structure in complex environments, and translate insights into concrete improvements that provide real value to the business. We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in data engineering, business analytics, or equivalent.
• Experience in process design and process development with a holistic perspective.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in identifying root causes of data quality issues.
• A structured approach combined with a curious and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to drive change in complex organizations.
• Very good communication skills and experience adapting messages to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
• Experience with product or PLM systems, such as Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data structures and how information flows between different systems.
