At Attendo, we are now looking for a nursing assistant for Attendo Vårdbo in Vallentuna. Vårdbo is located in the scenic nature areas of Vallentuna. The facility has 33 places distributed across 4 wards: 1 somatic ward and 3 dementia wards.

About the role

We are looking for summer substitutes

As a care assistant or nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. You are responsible for providing good care and support. Creating a positive and social atmosphere is a major part of your role, as well as contributing with activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly residents.

We prefer that you live in Vallentuna Municipality or in a nearby municipality.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the client's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• We prefer that you have experience working in elderly care.
