Are you a Licensed Psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? Falck's newly opened clinic in Solna is growing, and we are now looking for another Licensed Psychologist. The clinic has a highly accessible location with good connections throughout the Stockholm region. At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle work-life challenges, such as stress and conflicts. Your work will primarily consist of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations for client employees.

In this role at Falck, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variety in your work.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious:

• Experience from occupational health or similar operations
• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops

Other:

The position is located at Falck's clinic in Solna, next to the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia, and a stone's throw from the tram and bus connections. Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) with start after the summer. Working hours are weekdays, holidays excluded, 8:00-17:00.

The position involves travel to units and clients in the surrounding area as needed by the business.
