Your Role

The Dynamics business area is looking for an experienced and driven Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal audit function within management systems. In this role, you will be a central figure in ensuring compliance with standards and efficiency in our processes.

As an Internal Auditor, you will be part of a team of three, where you, together with your colleagues, will support the entire Dynamics business area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting audits of management systems to ensure compliance with internal processes and external standards.
• Evaluating the effectiveness and reliability of internal controls and processes.
• Collaborating with various departments to conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and presenting audit results to the management group and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Participating in the development of internal guidelines and processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Location: Linköping, Jönköping, or Karlskoga

Your Profile

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in internal audit and management systems, preferably within the defense or technology industry.
• Good knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious qualifications:

• Certification as an Internal Auditor.
• Knowledge in one or more of the standards AQAP (NATO), ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for specific citizenship.
