Duvboskolan is looking for a teacher for grades 4-6

At Duvboskolan, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Through high expectations, a strong value base, and shared responsibility, we create a school where all students have the opportunity to develop, feel secure, and be part of a meaningful context.

Our three key words – knowledge, security, and togetherness – permeate our entire operation.

The school's three prioritized development areas for the 2025/2026 school year are:

  • Increased goal achievement for all students
  • Develop a clear and coherent structure for equitable teaching, assessment, and pedagogical activities in grades F-6
  • Develop a safe, active, and structured outdoor environment during breaks and after-school hours that promotes participation and movement for all students in grades F-6

During Spring Term 2026, we have launched a special initiative – cooperative learning – which will permeate our entire operation from a grades F-6 perspective.

Duvboskolan is a grades F-6 school with roots dating back to the early 1900s. Today, we have approximately 360 students, distributed across two parallel classes per grade. The school has around 40 employees and four after-school care units. Students in grades 4-6 and the after-school club have their premises at Rissne ängar.

We are looking for a certified teacher who wants to make a difference for our students in grades 4-6.

In the role of teacher, you work closely with the mentors and help develop the teaching, with a special focus on Swedish and mathematics. Together, you create structures and working methods that strengthen students' knowledge and goal achievement.
