Tollo is looking for a Production Technician for Logistics and Packaging Preparation.

As a Production Technician for Logistics, you will improve and develop material flows for our production lines, focusing on LEAN, ergonomics, and the highest quality. You will work in a team of four production technicians who support our production within their respective areas of responsibility.

The role involves actively working to improve and rationalize operations. You will work both independently and on the production floor together with personnel from other departments, our team of production technicians, and maintenance staff.

We are currently undergoing a process for IATF 16949 certification. Knowledge and experience with this working method are considered an asset.

Main Areas of Responsibility: Logistics and Packaging Preparation.

You will optimize and improve production areas within internal logistics, packaging, goods receiving, outbound shipping, and warehousing. Together with managers, you will create the most effective and ergonomic solutions, such as designing lifting aids and creating layouts.

Your tasks include cost calculations, continuous improvement, time studies, and follow-up.

You will work with work instructions, risk analyses, EHS assessments, and the development of packaging solutions and instructions for both incoming and outgoing products.

You will actively work with internal logistics flows to optimize space utilization for warehousing and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

To succeed in this position, you have strong technical knowledge and previous experience with production solutions, material flows, ergonomics, and automated production or similar manual assembly.

We see great value in you taking overall responsibility for your areas, and you likely have worked in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. We require good data skills and experience drawing in CAD programs. We use SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

You have strong administrative skills, are structured, and focused on follow-up. As a person, you are quality-conscious, meticulous, and take pride in delivering on time. You communicate clearly and directly while treating others with respect. It is important that you take initiative, see opportunities, and are self-motivated.

Since our corporate language is English, it is important that you can understand English in both speech and writing.
