About the role

  • Be the customer's first point of contact when they call in - you set the tone for their experience.
  • Help customers genuinely by listening, guiding, and solving problems - often directly during the call.
  • Work actively with sales by understanding the customer's needs and recommending smart solutions that truly improve their daily lives.
  • Provide world-class service and contribute to Telia's customers feeling seen, heard, and satisfied - every time.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Education: Basic training combined with practical work.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary combined with a commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.

Working hours: Working hours vary. Telia's opening hours are weekdays between 08:00 - 19:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 - 17:00.

Start date: The training begins on 2026-06-11, which is also the start date of the employment.

We are looking for you who

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish
  • Have good ability to speak and write in English
  • Have good computer skills and system competence
  • Are communicative and solution-oriented
  • Have experience in service and sales - But it's a plus, not a must! If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the rest.
