We at Attendo are now looking for assistant nurses and care assistants for Attendo Home Care in Kungälv who can work as hourly employees or holiday substitutes.

About the role

As an assistant nurse or care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support, as well as creating a positive and social atmosphere. A large part of your role is to contribute with activities that brighten up the everyday life of our elderly customers.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the company's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
• Assistance with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., when needed.
• Documentation and work based on decided measures.
• Collaboration with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care/home care.
• Experience with delegation.

About the recruitment process
