Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives?

We are looking for dedicated substitutes who can make the world around our users a safe place. As an hourly substitute in Järfälla Municipality, you replace regular staff during absences. We provide staffing for all our operations within Elderly Care and Disability Services, 24/7.

We have operations within home care, care and nursing homes, dementia teams, alarm and night patrols, group homes (LSS and social psychiatry), day activities, and short-term housing.

Job Responsibilities

Some of your tasks include:

  • Cleaning and cooking
  • Assisting with hygiene, such as showering and toilet visits
  • Assisting with transfers/mobility
  • Documentation
  • Being a social companion and supporting the user

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Good proficiency in Swedish (speaking and writing)
  • Computer literacy

Merits

  • Trained assistant nurse, or other education such as childcare worker/mental health assistant.
  • Experience within healthcare.
  • Category B driver's license and experience driving
  • Ability to cycle

It is also a merit if you are multilingual, as we have users who speak different languages and good communication is important. But the most important thing is that you as an hourly substitute are adaptable and have the right personal suitability for the position.
