Unik Resurs is recruiting on behalf of a client for an Automation Engineer for an exciting assignment in Malmö/Lund.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will work with the development, testing, and optimization of automation solutions in technically advanced environments. You will become an integral part of a team where collaboration, technical competence, and quality are in focus. The role offers the opportunity to work both independently and together with other specialists to ensure robust and efficient automation systems.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development and programming of automation solutions.
• Testing and verification of automation systems.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems.
• Participation in the commissioning of automation plants.
• Documentation according to established standards and processes.
• Collaboration with project teams, customers, and other technical functions.

Your Profile

You are a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in technical environments. You have good collaboration skills while being comfortable taking individual responsibility and driving your work forward. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and can convey technical issues clearly.

Competency Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree.
• Several years of experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions requiring security classification, citizenship requirements may apply in certain cases.
