Job Description

We are looking for a senior consultant within automotive and embedded systems for a role focused on requirements management, technical coordination, and collaboration between multiple ECU teams.

The role involves analyzing, clarifying, and coordinating technical requirements, as well as ensuring traceability between requirements, development, and verification. The consultant acts as a technical bridge between the requirements owners and the development teams, driving technical dialogues and supporting teams with complex issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in automotive and embedded systems
• Experience in requirements management and technical coordination
• Strong technical understanding and experience leading technical discussions
• Good understanding of verification, traceability, and development processes
• Experience with Basetech and/or diagnostics

Experience working in Jira, VIDA, and requirements/system development tools such as SystemWeaver or Volvo-related CarWeaver is considered an advantage. Knowledge of FMEA, software download, or cybersecurity, as well as experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or similar, is also advantageous.
