The Opportunity

We are growing rapidly, and on this growth journey, it is crucial to ensure our quality work keeps pace. We are now looking for a Quality Specialist for our Cooling System business area in Landskrona. We have global responsibility for the development and manufacturing of cooling systems for Power Electronic applications and other applications requiring water cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to safe and reliable operation where the customer and the environment are in focus. The products are both project-based and series-manufactured. The largest are approximately 5x3x3 m/10 tons, and the smallest are approximately 20 kg.

The business unit in Landskrona currently consists of dedicated employees with the goal of growing further in the coming years. At the site, we have the privilege of having Marketing, R&D, Design, Aftermarket, and Purchasing gathered together alongside production. This leads to short decision-making paths and a good understanding of each other's areas.

The role is based on-site in Landskrona, and the work is primarily performed on-site.

How you will make an impact

• You will lead and analyze quality investigations. Work with deviations, both internal, external, and customer complaints.
• The role involves broad collaboration and support throughout the organization with a focus on quality and quality issues.
• The role also includes working with change management, participating in risk analyses, and working with local instructions and ISO9001.
• You will participate in the supplier approval process.
• Setting up quality systems for various processes.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, meaning you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business operations.

Your background

• You have a post-secondary education combined with experience in quality systems and LEAN.
• You have the ability to drive, implement, and communicate solutions to problems that arise in our processes.
• Previous experience with the business system SAP is considered an asset.
• You master both Swedish and English well and can express yourself easily in both speech and writing.
• You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are structured, driven, goal-oriented, receptive, and able to collaborate with different professional groups. You are stress-resistant, understand the importance of meeting "deadlines," and see opportunities instead of limitations. You are humble in your interactions with individuals both inside and outside the company.
