Description

We are looking for patient, service-oriented, and friendly care assistants and nursing aides for Casa Berget's home care service in Mölndal. You are passionate about helping the elderly live a comfortable and meaningful daily life, and you hold a valid B-driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Personal care
• Service tasks in the client's home
• Accompanying clients

Qualifications – Requirements

• A humanistic view of humanity where all people are unique and of equal value
• Responsible and flexible, able to work according to a rotating schedule (day/evening, weekday/weekend)
• Patience, warmth, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid B-driver's license

Merits

• Completion of the Nursing Program or equivalent education
• Knowledge of dementia and geriatrics
• Experience with medication handover and personal care
