About the Position

Höjdenhemmet elderly care facility consists of three dementia wards and two somatic wards. We are now looking for a new Assistant Nurse for one of our somatic units. We have close cooperation across the facility, and you are expected to be able to work on all wards as needed.

Responsibilities

In your role as an Assistant Nurse, you will provide professional treatment to residents, relatives, and colleagues. You will support residents in their daily lives towards set goals in the implementation plan. Working with delegation and taking on new delegations is necessary, as is independently maintaining social documentation and creating implementation plans on the computer in Treserva.

You will actively participate in the work of our multidisciplinary team. Working from a person-centered approach is seen as a matter of course in our work. As an employee, you have an active role in contributing to the workplace's development. It is desirable that you are passionate about improvement work and ombudsman roles. You will be assigned an ombudsman role and specialize particularly in an area where continuous training and municipal meetings are provided.

Requirements and Qualifications

We see that you, as an applicant, should be a trained Assistant Nurse. The work requires that you can work under the delegation of licensed personnel and have good computer skills. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Work occurs during days, evenings, and weekends. Start date is by agreement.

• Median: 32,300 SEK
