Responsibilities

Standard responsibilities for a teacher. You will work with the teachers in your work team, teach, and develop mathematics education. The position includes, in addition to teaching, also mentorship.

About the workplace

Gröndalsskolan is a comprehensive school (grades 1-9) with approximately 900 students and 100 employees. The school's educators are divided into work teams/subject groups. The school also has a student health team where all professions are included. The school is located next to Gröndalsviken commuter train station. Our premises are largely newly renovated. We have a nice auditorium and a centrally located school library. Up on our hill, there are opportunities for outdoor pedagogy. We are constantly developing our work, and at present, we focus on learning environments and differentiated instruction.

The primary task of the Child and Education Administration is to offer a safe and stimulating learning environment where we equip children and young people for the future. We also work to promote access to cultural and leisure activities for all residents.

What we are looking for in you

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Teacher certification and eligibility for the subject.
• Experience of teaching in primary and secondary school.
• Good knowledge of the school's steering documents.
• Good IT skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
