BRAND AND CONTENT LEAD

You will play a key role in developing a concept with international potential, where TikTok will play a central role in how the brand communicates, grows, and positions itself. We are looking for someone who is comfortable appearing on camera and publishing content on their own channels, and who preferably has experience building new brands or concepts from scratch. It is also important to have a strong grasp of both Nordic and global TikTok profiles, trends, and cultural movements. Experience or interest in creating AI-generated content is seen as a major plus and may play an important role in the future.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and produce content for our social media channels
• Identify and translate trends into relevant brand communication
• Contribute creative ideas and concept development
• Be involved in building a strong and long-term digital brand
• Work closely with the team on content, expression, and strategy
• Occasionally take on tasks outside of content production when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in fashion/beauty/lifestyle is required
• Extensive experience working with social media and content production
• Expert in social media, trends, and platform algorithms
• Good experience with video and image editing
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Sense for storytelling, aesthetics, and branding

ABOUT THE ROLE

Employment type: Fixed-term position

Start date: Immediately

The position is based at our headquarters in Borås. Partial remote work may be possible by agreement.

Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

At the end of the recruitment process, you will be required to present a passport or national ID, and, if necessary, proof of residence permit if you hold citizenship outside the EU/EEA. This allows us as employers to verify your identity and right to work in Sweden.
